Khula Human Capital is seeking an exceptional Key Account Manager to join a leading brand within the luxury retail sneaker space.

THE ROLE
You will be responsible for managing and growing strategic retail accounts, driving brand presence, and ensuring premium execution across all touchpoints.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and grow key retail partnerships within the luxury sneaker market
• Drive sales performance, brand positioning, and in-store excellence
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, buyers, and store leadership
• Analyse sales data, trends, and opportunities to maximise growth
• Ensure brand standards are upheld across all retail environments
• Execute product launches, campaigns, and activations
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in luxury retail
• Strong exposure to premium sneaker / fashion brands (essential)
• Deep understanding of the South African retail landscape
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Passion for fashion, sneakers, and brand culture
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• South African citizen
