We are looking for reliable and client-focused Help Desk IT Support Technician to provide first-line technical support on Windows and MacOS to internal users.
The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolve IT support tickets, and ensure users can work efficiently with minimal disruption.
NB: This is an On-Site position, and remote working is not an option
