About the Role
As a Seasonal Brand Ambassador at Carrol Boyes, you’ll be the face of our brand engaging with customers, showcasing our beautifully designed functional art, and driving sales in a vibrant retail setting. With your luxury retail experience, passion for design, and exceptional sales skills, you'll help build memorable customer experiences and maintain our brand’s high standards.
Responsibilities
Housekeeping, ensuring the store looks good.
Assist Brand Ambassadors with wrapping gifts.
Dress appropriately and brand aligned
Safely assist store staff with packing stock
Assist with ensuring visual merchandising is attractive, on-brand
Replenish shelves regularly and ensure product displays are neat and enticing.
Provide a pleasant and professional customer experience that reflects the Carrol Boyes brand.
Assist with processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, following proper procedures if needed.
Maintain product knowledge to confidently assist and educate customers.
Support promotional campaigns and in-store events.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by the store manager.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications: Minimum Matric / Grade 12 required or Equivalent
Previous sales experience (Advantage)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic retail environment.
Able to work weekend and public holidays
A passion for art and design.
A passion for people and customer engagement
