Job Summary
A well-established jewellery retailer is looking for a Sales Assistant to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a jewellery store or general retail environment and enjoy working with customers in a sales-focused environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a jewellery store or general retail environment
Good customer service and sales skills
Friendly, confident and comfortable interacting with customers
Reliable and able to work as part of a team
Willing to work mall trading hours, including weekends, public holidays and late closing shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product selection and purchases
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Promote and sell jewellery products
Maintain a neat and presentable store environment
Assist with stock and general store duties
Build positive relationships with customers
Ensure a professional and welcoming shopping experience
