Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Auto Glass Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and professional installation and replacement of vehicle glass while providing excellent customer service.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Auto Glass Technician.
Proven experience in the installation and replacement of vehicle windscreens and glass.
Good knowledge of different vehicle makes and models.
Ability to work accurately and safely with specialised tools and equipment.
Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Valid driver’s licence.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Key Skills & Competencies
Windscreen installation and replacement
Auto glass removal and fitting
Use of specialist auto glass tools and equipment
Understanding of ADAS/calibration requirements would be advantageous
Vehicle safety and quality standards
Fault identification and problem-solving
Strong attention to detail
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Professional customer interaction
Key Responsibilities
Remove and install windscreens and other vehicle glass safely and efficiently.
Ensure all installations meet required safety and quality standards.
Inspect vehicles and glass for damage before and after work.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
Work effectively as part of a team while being able to complete tasks independently.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
