Key Requirements:

Matric essential
- Handling Call from Customers, queries

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data capturing

Strong accuracy and attention to detail

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Intermediate Excel experience

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Professional and confident when dealing with customers and administrative tasks
Key Responsibilities:

Capture and verify data accurately from customer source documents
- Handling Customer queries

Compare and validate data against original information

Update existing data and maintain records

Handle administrative duties with professionalism and care
