Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing team of 4–5 members to achieve sales targets and market growth. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Drive sales and revenue growth through effective customer engagement, promotions, and market expansion. Manage merchandising and inventory control to ensure optimal product availability and visual appeal. Oversee brand positioning and customer experience, ensuring the company is represented with professionalism and consistency. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retail partners, and suppliers. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with the operations and QC teams to ensure quality, consistency, and brand integrity across all touchpoints. Utilise Meat Matrix and other relevant systems for data tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related field. 2–3 years’ experience in a Sales and Marketing role within the Retail or FMCG industry. Proven experience in sales growth, merchandising, and team management. Proficient in Meat Matrix or similar operational and reporting systems. Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and marketing principles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical thinker with a strong commercial mindset and attention to detail
