Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and professional Agent Assistant to join my clients team in an office-based, junior position.
Key Requirements:
- Must have own laptop and cellphone
- Strong telephonic etiquette and communication skills
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English
- Well-organized with good attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to agents
- Handle telephonic communication with clients professionally
- Assist with daily office operations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 17:00
- Friday: 07:30 – 14:00
Salary:
- R6,000 per month, with an attractive incentive structure
