Job Summary
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Debtors and Creditors Rental Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level candidate with experience in managing rental accounts, debtors, and creditors processes. The successful candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain debtor and creditor accounts related to rental portfolios
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and timeously
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and ensure timely collections
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare financial reports and statements as required
- Liaise with tenants, suppliers, and internal departments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist with month-end processes
Requirements:
- Junior to mid-level experience in a similar role
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (written and spoken)
- Strong numerical and administrative skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting systems will be advantageous
