Role and Responsibilities: Regularly inspect sites to identify issues and necessary maintenance. Develop weekly maintenance schedules and assign tasks based on forecasted workloads. Recruit, supervise, and train workers. Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities. Supervise all repairs to ensure timely completion. Maintain inventory and equipment, ensuring proper storage. Adhere to health and safety regulations and practices on-site. Perform preventative maintenance work. Follow up on all maintenance and repair tasks. Conduct scheduled safety inspections. Develop strategies to meet workload demands on time. Qualifications and Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree (highly advantageous). Essential: 2 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor. Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures, and maintenance. Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices. Proficient in budgeting and performance management. Exceptional organizational and leadership skills. Keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Computer literate, with proficiency in email, MS Office, and related communication tools. Excellent time management skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
