Job Purpose To oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production processes, high quality standards, compliance, and continuous improvement to meet organisational goals for productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing activities to optimise efficiency and quality • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards in line with best practice and compliance requirements • Lead, motivate, and manage departmental teams to achieve production targets and quality standards • Monitor production KPIs and analyse data to identify improvement opportunities • Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met • Oversee supply chain, inventory, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and logistics teams to streamline workflows • Drive process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and external partners.Error!
