Job Summary
Duties:
Operational Support: Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures, facility cleanliness, and maintenance.
Staff Management: Assist in recruiting, training, mentoring, and scheduling therapists and receptionists.
Customer Service & Sales: Ensure 5-star service standards, resolve client complaints, and drive revenue through service and retail product sales.
Inventory Control: Monitor and order spa supplies, products, and equipment.
Administration: Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and implementing marketing strategies.
Requirements:
High school diploma
At least 1–3 years in a luxury spa environment, with some experience in a supervisory or senior therapist role.
Recognized spa or beauty therapy qualification (e.g., CIDESCO, ITEC, or similar diploma).
Proficiency in spa management software (e.g., booking systems) and MS Office.
Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
