Job Summary
Minimum RequirementsQualifications
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Relevant qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in procurement, inventory control, stock management or a related environment.
- Experience reviewing inventory reports and stock counts.
- Experience working with an inventory or procurement management system.
- Experience in a multi-unit healthcare or similar operational environment.
- Experience providing training or operational support to stock control staff.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability and willingness to travel to NRC units as required.
- Inventory and stock control principles.
- Procurement administration and policy compliance.
- Analytical ability and the ability to interpret inventory reports.
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Planning, organisation and follow-through.
- Training, coaching and communication skills.
- Supplier relationship management.
- Problem-solving and corrective action follow-up.
- Professional conduct and customer service.
- Regular travel to NRC units nationally is required.
- Professional flexibility in working hours to support operational requirements and unit visits.
- Regular interaction with internal stakeholders, suppliers and service providers through various communication channels.
