Job Summary
Minimum RequirementsQualifications
- Diploma or Degree leading to registration as a Registered Nurse with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) or Clinical Technologist (Independent Practice) registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
- Current registration with the applicable professional body.
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Management, Healthcare Management, Nursing Management, Clinical, or a related field.
- Demonstrated management experience in a healthcare, renal, dialysis, or comparable multi-site operational environment.
- Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, resource management, and business performance.
- Experience leading managers and managing performance across multiple operational sites.
- Experience in governance, risk management, compliance and implementation of organisational policies and procedures.
- Strong business intelligence, analytical and reporting capability.
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency.
- Strategic and operational management.
- Financial management, budgeting and resource optimisation.
- Business intelligence, performance analysis and reporting.
- People leadership, coaching, succession planning and performance management.
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Governance, risk management and compliance.
- Healthcare operations and patient-centred care principles.
- Human Resources management principles and South African labour legislation.
- POPIA and information governance.
- Change management and continuous improvement.
- National Renal Care policies, procedures, standards and SOPs.
