Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Desktop Engineer with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to excellent customer service. In this role, you will identify and resolve technical issues efficiently while performing after-hours and weekend help desk functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environments.
What you'll do:

Your Expertise:
- Teamwork, flexibility, understanding urgency and priorities, and quick problem-solving skills are essential.
- Excellent customer interaction
- English - Can converse and has the necessary email skills
- Excellent Customer Interaction with clear, concise, and effective communication skills
- Effectively collaborate with the team to achieve common goals
- Ability to work under pressure, cope with stress
- Advanced working knowledge of Windows 10, 11, Office 365, and MS Office applications.
- Experience with video conferencing and printer administration.
Qualifications:
- National Senior Certificate/ Matric/ Grade 12
- A+ / N+ certification (required)
- Pass typical recruitment checks (criminal, qualification, ID verification checks, etc.)
