Job Summary
Duties: Manage overall brand and corporate identity. - Develop, design, and publish engaging content that builds meaningful customer connections, increased brand awareness, and encourages engagement. - Must have a good knowledge of digital and print artwork. - Develop and execute the company's marketing plan, including product promotion and lead generation. - Conduct thorough market research to inform strategic decisions and provide timely updates to the company. - Lead conversion rate optimization efforts to maximize marketing effectiveness. - Track and analyse metrics across various channels to derive actionable insights and refine strategies. - Implement and oversee paid media strategies for maximum impact. - Conduct competitor research, platform analysis, and audience segmentation to stay ahead of the curve. - Manage and update the company website and e-commerce platform. Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. - Degree or certificate in UX and UI design. - Proven experience in marketing roles. - Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing. - Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush. - Creative thinker with a strong background in content creation and writing. - Sound knowledge of marketing principles and best practices. - Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, suppliers, and team members.
