Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with clients' standards
- Ensure food presentation meets the clients' visual and quality standards
- Manage kitchen inventory, ensuring all ingredients are stocked and used efficiently
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
- Menu planning and the development of new recipes
Requirements:
- 5+ Years proven experience as a Professional Chef
- Formal culinary qualifications
- Exceptional cooking skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Creative and innovative approach to cooking
- Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude
Renumeration:
R15 000 Cost to Company
Working hours:
45 Hours flexi time
