Gather useful information from customer and competitor data. Put presentations together and present to prospective clients Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline. Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business. Build strong relationship with the risk and pricing teams to create success. Support and oversee scheme renewal processes to ensure successful renewal of existing schemes. Build and grow portfolio of clients with broker panel, focusing on both new business and renewal retention. Recognise that building a good portfolio requires both maintaining existing clients and securing new business in equal measure. Guide and offer direction to service consultants to effectively support your brokers needs Qualification and experience Preferable Business related tertiary qualification (e.g. economics, business management, risk). At least 5 years of group risk experience in a client facing role. Strong understanding and knowledge of Group Risk products. Good understanding of current market dynamic. Knowledge & Skills Demonstrated ability to build and manage strong long-lasting relationships. Ability to handle and manage difficult and challenging clients successfully. Ability to negotiate contracts that are mutually beneficial to all parties including HGR. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills. Strong understanding of the Group Risk market. Ability to identify opportunities that create alignment with HGRs business needs. Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions. Strong presentation skills. The role requires travel to client and broker meetings. Ability to think out the box and find solutions to challenges preventing business growth. Ability to engage with a broad cross-cultural mix of people. Multi-lingual preferable.
