Purpose of the role:
Develop multi-channel digital strategies that connect content, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, paid media, and web to measurable business outcomes. Analyse performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations that optimise marketing funnels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns that drive lead generation, engagement, and conversions.

Duties and Responsibilities :
(Digital Strategy and Planning)
? Develop integrated digital strategies across content, paid media, CRM system, search engine optimisation (SEO), and automation to support client business goals.
? Lead channel and campaign planning across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, email, and web.
? Define messaging, targeting, segmentation, and funnel structures that guide users from awareness to conversion.
? Translate insights and research into clear strategic briefs, roadmaps, and frameworks used by content, media, development, and creative teams.
? Shape CRM-, automation-, and workflow-related elements so that campaigns and journeys connect seamlessly across platforms.
Performance Analysis and Optimisation
? Analyse cross-channel performance data to uncover behaviour patterns and identify gaps.
? Recommend data-driven improvements that enhance campaign efficiency.
? Monitor conversion journeys, landing page behaviour, and CRM funnels to improve the effectiveness of each stage and increase conversion rates.
? Evaluate and refine HubSpot workflows, segmentation logic, lifecycle stages, and automation performance to improve results.
? Apply learnings from platform updates and CRM behaviour to improve performance.
Quality Assurance and Reporting
? Conduct quality assurance of all strategic and campaign outputs by ensuring accuracy, correct implementation, and brand consistency.
? Prepare campaign performance reports and dashboards using HubSpot, Google Analytics, or other relevant analytics tools.
? Present insights to clients, highlight wins and gaps and recommend next actions.
Collaboration and Learning
? Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure alignment on progress and goals.
? Support new clients with SEO, content, campaign, social media audits and industry research to inform digital strategy efforts.
? Work with various teams to execute effective, insight-driven work that generates results.
? Understand how digital strategies drive business outcomes, stay current with trends and platform updates, apply insights to improve strategies and client results, and share learning.
