Workforce Staffing Africa is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their Parktown team. If you’re detail-driven, organised, and confident handling high-volume payrolls across African regions, this role is for you.
Minimum Requirements
Matric + Business Administration qualification (NQF 5)
2+ years’ payroll experience
Experience processing high-volume payrolls for African countries
Strong MS Office skills
Excellent written & verbal communication
Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain accuracy
Key Responsibilities
Capture and verify timesheets for payment
Submit timesheets and supporting documents to Group Wage Department
Validate leave hours and ensure accuracy
Check payrolls for correct rates, hours, overtime, leave, and deductions (AODs, transport recoveries, etc.)
Assist with payroll queries and escalate system errors
Ensure adequate cash flow for wage payments
Support accurate invoicing
