Job Summary
The HR Team Leader will lead, mentor, and supervise the HR Administration team, ensuring efficient service delivery and strong governance across all HR processes. The role manages the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including changes throughout employment, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labour legislation.
You’ll also oversee all SAP HRIS activities, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and system integrity, while managing the processing of IC contractors, fixed‑term employees, and permanent staff. The role provides critical support in CCMA preparation, delivering high‑quality documentation and reports to support the HR Manager and broader business.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management.
5+ years’ experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
