What We’re Looking For
Strong subject knowledge and teaching ability.
Approximately 6+ years of teaching experience preferred.
Strong newly qualified graduates will also be considered.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A professional, adaptable and positive approach.
Enthusiasm for working in a modern online learning environment.
Confidence using technology and willingness to learn new digital systems.
The Role
Full-time professional teaching position, with educators actively engaged from approximately 07:30 to 16:30 each day.
Classes are taught in small groups, allowing teachers to work closely with students.
Online teaching is a full-time role and should not be viewed as reduced-hours teaching.
Teachers generally do not have the same evening, weekend, sports or extracurricular responsibilities found in many traditional schools.
As with any teaching role, periods of marking, assessment and moderation may occasionally require work beyond standard hours.
