Job Summary
A well-established citrus packaging operation based in Coega is seeking a motivated Industrial Engineering Graduate to support production, packaging, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced packhouse environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations, process improvement, and production optimisation.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with analysing and improving production and packaging processes

Support efficiency, productivity, and cost-saving initiatives

Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning

Assist with production planning and performance tracking

Identify bottlenecks and support continuous improvement projects

Collect and analyse operational data for reporting purposes

Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams

Support lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives
Minimum Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering

Recently graduated or entry-level experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good understanding of production and manufacturing principles

Proficient in MS Excel and basic data analysis tools

Willingness to work in a factory / production environment
