Job Summary
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer stage
- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking)
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
- Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies
- Ensure alignment on timelines and expectations
- Devise and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent in the health and wellness industry.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on offer terms and negotiate salary and benefits packages.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external organisations, institutions, and industry stakeholders to build and sustain a strong talent pipeline.
Candidate Experience
- Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the process
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Employer Branding
- Promote the company’s employer brand across recruitment platforms
- Support initiatives to attract diverse and high-quality talent
- Participate in recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and networking events
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labour legislation
Job Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources
- 3 + years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Zoho People & Zoho Recruit advantageous)
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices

Preferred Attributes
- Experience in retail or multi site recruitment (advantageous)
