Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Dietician to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide nutritional assessment, counseling, and diet planning for both in-patient and out-patient clients across a range of clinical conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans for in-patients and out-patients
- Conduct nutritional assessments and monitor patients’ progress
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic diets and lifestyle changes
- Provide support for chronic disease management, recovery nutrition, weight control, and more
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with hospital/clinic policies
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics or related field
- Registered Dietician with HPCSA
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience
- Experience working in both hospital and outpatient settings is an advantage
- Strong communication, teamwork, and counseling skills
