Interim Senior Manager Internal Audit period 4 - month contract
Summary of the position: To provide an independent, objective, assurance and consulting service designed to add value and improve the operations of the organisation on a 4-month cover contract. The Internal Audit unit helps the organisation accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes.
- Postgraduate qualification in Internal Audi/Accounting/Finance Management
- A professional qualification such as CIA
- 5 years Audit Management experience - post articles
- Completed articles including membership to the Institute of Internal Auditors
- Knowledge of IPPF, Treasury Regulations, Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Polices and COSO Framework, IIA Code of Ethics
Skills: Leadership, Strong Communication skills, Interviewing, Problem solving, Analytical skills, Report Writing skills, Creative thinking abilities and Ability to work under pressure
