Requirements:

- Relevant IT / Computer Science / Software Engineering / Data Science qualification and experience
- Strong Python development experience
- Strong Django framework experience
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms
- Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
- Experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow design
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Strong SQL and database development experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and AI services
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with Git and version control systems
- Experience with Docker and containerisation technologies
- Experience deploying and maintaining production applications
- Understanding of software architecture and design principles
- Agile / Scrum development experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Passion for Artificial Intelligence, innovation, and emerging technologies

Advantageous:

- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI orchestration frameworks
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Experience developing AI agents and autonomous workflows
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry or AWS Bedrock
- Experience with FastAPI and microservices architecture
- Experience with MLOps and AI model deployment practices
- Experience with Databricks and large-scale data processing
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native deployments
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
