Minimum Requirements:
BCom in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related qualification
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Supply Chain Management role within a manufacturing environment
Experience working on an ERP system (Syspro advantageous)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and advanced formulae)
Sound understanding of procurement, logistics, imports/exports, and inventory management
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the procurement and supply chain function
Develop and maintain supplier relationships locally and internationally
Negotiate supplier contracts and pricing
Manage inventory, materials planning, and stock accuracy
Oversee freight, warehousing, and distribution processes
Monitor supplier performance and supply chain KPIs
Lead and develop the supply chain team
Work closely with production, finance, and sales to ensure business objectives are met
