Job Summary
Qualification- Matric certificate and a Tertiary Education (or in progress)
- Minimum 3-5 years Logistics Billing experience
- Minimum 1-2 years Supervisory experience
- Freightware billing experience essential
- Multi-branch billing exposure advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Advanced Excel and data presentation/reporting tools
- Valid drivers license / own transport
- Strong analytical, reporting and reconciliation skills
- Understanding of logistics billing principles, VAT application, surcharge recovery and rate management
- Must be enthusiastic, presentable, disciplined and punctual
- Self-motivated, a strong team player and self-starter
- Attention to detail, high accuracy levels and methodical
- Analytical thinker
- Ability to build credibility and positive working relationships across departments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Must be able to show initiative
- Must be able to work in a deadline-driven, pressurised environment
- Demonstrates exemplary customer service and excellent verbal, written, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
