Engineering Degree + (MBA advantageous)
15–20 years' manufacturing leadership experience
Heavy industrial / continuous manufacturing background
Lean Manufacturing & World Class Manufacturing (WCM)
Strong Production, Engineering & Maintenance leadership
CAPEX, OPEX & Budget Management
SHEQ & ISO compliance experience
SAP & MS Office proficient
Fluent English and Afrikaans
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily manufacturing operations
Drive production, quality & safety performance
Improve plant efficiency & reduce downtime
Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives
Manage engineering & maintenance performance
Develop high-performing teams
Control operational budgets & costs
Support strategic business growth
