Our client in the Animal Nutrition industry is seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Planner with Pragma System
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Technical knowledge, solid understanding of maintenance systems
- Ability to plan, prioritize and schedule task efficiently
- Ability to analyse data and identify trends, ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and equipment by effectively planning , coordinating and managing maintenance activities
MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS
- Develop maintenance schedules, create detailed schedules for preventing and corrective maintenance activities
- Ensure that maintenance tasks are executed on time and with minimal distruption to operations
- Allocate the necessary workforce tools and materials for maintenance tasks, ensuring that resources are available when needed
- Budget management , help in crafting and monitoring , maintenance budget, ensuring that maintenance activities are cost effective and align with the organizations financial constraints
- Analyze maintenance records and performance metrics to identify trends, arears for improvements
- Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety and compliance standards
