Job Summary
Role Purpose
The Credit Vetting Manager at iBridge leads and manages the operational delivery of the credit vetting function, supporting telecommunications clients and other campaigns within the iBridge portfolio.
The role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely assessment of new applications, upgrades, limit increases, and reactivations while maintaining vigilance, attention to detail, and operational excellence.
The manager works closely with supporting teams across iBridge and client partners, including Fraud, Systems, partner-side Credit Vetting Leadership, Account Managers, Credit Management teams, CXO, QA, Sales, and Stores to deliver integrated solutions, maintain data integrity, and optimise customer experience.
They are expected to spot issues quickly, exercise discretion in decision-making, challenge questionable outcomes, and drive continuous improvement through analytics, innovation, and collaboration.
