Job Summary
Our client is a leading and fast-growing brand within the hair and beauty industry, seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy retail store.This is an exciting opportunity for a confident retail professional who is passionate about customer service, sales, people management and achieving commercial targets.

✅ Matric / Grade 12.
✅ Diploma or qualification in Retail Management, Business Management or a related field is advantageous.
✅ 3–5 years’ experience in a Store Manager or similar retail management position.
✅ Previous experience within hair, beauty, cosmetics, fashion or another premium retail environment will be advantageous.
✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing KPIs.
✅ Strong people-management and leadership skills.
✅ Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
✅ Strong administration and organisational skills.
✅ Good understanding of stock control and retail operations.
✅ Computer literate with experience using POS and retail management systems.
✅ Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive store profitability.
✅ Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
