Job Summary
Electrical Maintenance Supervisor: Germiston.
But must be an Electrical Engineer.
Responsible for managing all aspects of the Electrical Maintenance Department.
Performs Maintenance Management:
Maintains manufacturing electrical systems and facility, parts inventory, monitoring purchase orders, invoice approvals, and manages the department budget.
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance.
Managing, maintaining, and establishing maintenance procedures for production lines.
Results-driven and qualified Electrical Engineer with 10+ years' experience in heavy industry environments.
Proficient in the design, implementation, and maintenance of LV, MV, and HV electrical systems.
Extensive knowledge of substations, transformers, MCC systems, furnaces, vacuum circuit breakers, VSDs, and protection relay systems.
Skilled in PLC fault finding, fault diagnostics, root cause and failure mode analysis.
Expertise in switchgear solutions to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
Proficient in panel wiring.
