Introduction Harmony Gold Mining Company is seeking a Head of Group Technology Business Operations to act as custodian of the Group Technology strategy and oversee the enablement capabilities across enterprise architecture, PMO, solution delivery, service delivery, information delivery, cybersecurity, and service quality. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, governance, and execution of the Group Technology strategy across multinational operations. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Informatics and/or Business (advanced qualification preferred) Minimum 5+ years’ senior leadership experience across information and technology functions Experience in: Budgeting and financial management Risk, audit, and compliance activities Exposure to mining or natural resources industry (preferred) Job Description Summary Facilitate development and execution of the Group Technology strategy Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and expenditure control across Group Technology Manage digital assets including software, hardware, and lifecycle processes Lead human resource planning, sourcing, onboarding, and performance management Oversee supplier, contract, and procurement management processes Establish and manage risk, compliance, and audit frameworks and reporting Coordinate facilities management across offices, mine sites, and data centres Ensure delivery of accurate and timely reporting to governance forums and stakehold
