The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, and onboarding drivers and logistics staff while ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory standards.

Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment (logistics or transport preferred)
- A valid tertiary education
- Proven experience recruiting drivers and fleet staff
- Strong knowledge of driver licence requirements (Code 10 and Code 14)
- Experience with PDP verification
- Experience in high-volume recruitment
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in vehicle logistics or automotive supply chain
- Knowledge of labour legislation and recruitment compliance
- Experience working with OEM standards
- Valid driver’s licence
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Sourcing
- Manage full recruitment cycle for drivers and logistics staff
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and local networks
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Screening and Assessments
- Conduct interviews and pre-employment screening
- Verify driver licences, PDP, and references
- Assess candidate suitability based on role requirements
Compliance and Onboarding
- Ensure all hires meet company and client compliance standards
- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes
- Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with operations teams to understand staffing needs
- Support workforce planning during peak operational periods
