Duties and Responsibilities:

- Negotiate short- and medium-term commercial agreements.

- Collaborate with Legal to ensure compliance in agreement drafting.
- Ensure procurement aligns with specifications and sourcing strategies.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for contract placement.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Mentoring and monitoring a procurement team. Building relationships, sharing expertise and fostering growth through regular, open communication. Key steps include identifying gaps, setting clear objectives, providing training and guidance while celebrating successes.
