Overview of Main Tasks/Scope:
Inserting of all active purchase orders, blanket purchase orders, SLAs, leases, and vendor agreements into excel tracking matrix
Assistance with procurement activities in accordance with USG and Pact rules and regulations; to include preparation of applicable agreements, modifications/amendments and supporting documentation (i.e. negotiation memos)
Assistance with implementation of Internal Control Review (ICR) recommendations and particularly with development and implementation of asset management policy
Cleaning up of operations filing based on revised filing protocol provided
Clean-up of Vodacom account and management of all telecommunications devices within the office
Dealing with building management on any office related / maintenance matters brought up by employees
Renegotiating insurance (including re-competition if required) to ensure all assets properly covered
Reporting to the Operations Director

5+ years working in the field of Operations
Experience working in the NGO/Public sector with a preference for having worked under USAID/USG funded programs
Demonstrated understanding of procurement and asset management processes (must provide clear examples in CV)
