Job Description:
Build and manage a robust pipeline across priority segments
Identify, target and recruit high - quality franchisees and ITCs
Lead structured onboarding journey for new members
Support deal structuring and commercial negotiations
Achieve defined acquisitions and conversion targets
Communicate the companies value proposition to prospective members
Maintain strong relationships with key preferred suppliers
Ensure alignment between member activity and supplier agreement
Ensure successful integration into companies systems, suppliers and processes
Skills and Qualifications:
Must have a diploma or equivalent qualification
Proven experience as a BDM, Sales, Marketing professional with a minimum of 5- 8 years experience
Do you have a flair and a drive for sales then this is the role for you.
Must have experience in franchise recruitment or B2B sales
Business development experience in new markets, a definite advantage
Knowledge in franchisee business advantageous
MS365 Application knowledge and use in advance, a must
