Job Description:
Coordinate the full talent mapping process and integrate outputs into learning pathways, leadership development and organisational capability -building programmes
Develop leadership capability programmes aligned with future-fit talent pipelines
Conduct ongoing training Needs Analysis (TNA) at individual, departmental and organisational level, incorporating IDPs, performance reviews, skills gaps and operational metrics
Implement the companies L&D strategy in alignment with HR , Operations and Leadership requirements
Manage integrated succession planning inputs, ensuring development plans are linked to strategic roles
Develop, coordinate and deliver learning programmes supporting organisational team and individual capability needs
Develop customised training programmes
Create/ develop training content, manuals, digital modules, onboarding programmes
LMS Governance and Administration- Own and Manage the companies LMS, including setup, configuration, content, user management and system maintenance
Build and deploy e-learning programmes, assessments, development plans, certifications and compliance modules
LMS reporting - Produce monthly, quarterly and annual training reports
Skills and Qualifications:
Must have a relevant qualification in Human resources/ Learning and development / organisational Psychology
Must have 3 - 5 years experience in an L&D environment
Must have experience managing an LMS and running end to end L&D Cycles
Must have experience in the development, Facilitation and learning programme development
