The role

Translate customer requirements into working integrations that improve day-to-day business operations. As part of Flowgear's Centre of Excellence, you will combine business analysis, customer consulting and hands-on solution delivery, working with a Solution Architect on more complex designs.

You will follow the work from discovery through configuration, build, testing and customer handover. This role suits someone who can understand a finance or operational process, investigate the systems behind it and turn that understanding into a reliable, maintainable solution.

What you will do

· Run customer discovery and requirements sessions, document existing processes and identify integration and automation opportunities.

· Translate requirements into workflow designs, field mappings, transformation rules and clear acceptance criteria.

· Build and configure Flowgear workflows, connections and API integrations, using established patterns and collaborating with the Solution Architect on complex decisions.

· Investigate source and target systems using API documentation, Postman and SQL; clarify authentication, data structures and application constraints.

· Implement data validation, error handling, retries and reconciliation appropriate to the business process.

· Test normal operation, edge cases and failure paths; support customer acceptance testing and resolve defects before release.

· Prepare deployment and cutover steps, solution documentation and support handovers, helping customers operate and extend their integrations.

· Review outcomes after implementation, identify further opportunities and help customers get greater value from the platform.

· Contribute reusable workflows, delivery guidance and product feedback to the Centre of Excellence.

· Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis, mapping, build and documentation while checking correctness and protecting customer information.

What you will bring

· Four to six years of relevant experience in integration delivery, business systems analysis, technical consulting or enterprise software implementation.

· Practical experience building, configuring or troubleshooting integrations, alongside the ability to understand and document business requirements.

· Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, XML and SQL, and the ability to learn an unfamiliar application's API and data model.

· Experience with data mapping, transformation and validation across systems.

· Understanding of ERP and finance processes, with experience in one or more platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage or Syspro.

· Confidence leading customer workshops and communicating clearly with finance, operations and IT stakeholders.

· Good delivery discipline: manage your work, surface risks early, document decisions and verify results.

· A relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.

Useful additional experience

· Flowgear or another iPaaS, low-code development and relevant ERP certifications.

· Scripting, API development, SOAP, GraphQL, OAuth 2.0 and webhooks.

· Finance or HR transformation, data migrations, manufacturing or eCommerce projects.

· Working with AI-enabled business processes or exposing controlled workflow capabilities to AI tools.

What success looks like

Requirements are understood, integrations are tested against real business scenarios and customers can see the operational benefit. Solutions are documented and supportable, and issues are identified early rather than passed downstream.
