Required for well-known wine estate in Franschhoek - Hospitality GM: events, tours, F&B, accommodation, marketing, finance *Essentially looking for a hotel manager with experience on a wine estate R80k negotiable + benefits · Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, related field and or/ Certification in Hospitality Management or Food and Beverage/ Event Management · Minimum 10–12 years’ experience in hospitality operations, ideally across multi-unit or estate-style hospitality environments · At least 5 years in a senior leadership, executive management, General Manager, Operations Director or equivalent role · Experience overseeing multiple hospitality departments including food and beverage, events, accommodation, guest services, wine tasting and/or leisure operations · Proven ability to manage revenue, cost, profitability and operational performance at a leadership level, with support from commercial or finance specialists for detailed analysis · Knowledge of South African labour laws, including employee rights, working hours, and fair treatment To apply, send full CV + photo + references HOSPITALITY PLACEMENTS Integrity.
