Job Summary
Job Title: Sales Support Administrator
Main Purpose of the Role:
- Email Inbox management, Administrate the Sales Team inboxes and ensure all enquiries are forwarded to the correct teams in a timely manner.
- File relevant emails for the Sales Team, keeping the inboxes tidy.
- Working closely with the Client & Sales Support Team to carry out and assist with administrative processes to ensure all admin tasks are completed on time.
- Additional support for the admin team will include:
- Processing PODs for the Accounts Department to invoice
- Process workflow through for salesforce updating, via WhatsApp voice notes and related tasks.
- Sending out live hire reports to customers on request

Benefits
Location: Fully Remote
Salary Range: R12 000 - R15 000
UK Working Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
