Domestic and Corporate Sales Representative | Luxury Hotel & Hospitality Collection | Cape Town Location: Cape Town, Western Cape Property: Luxury Hotel & Hospitality Collection Position: Live-Out Salary: R35,000 – R40,000 per month About the Opportunity Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a driven and commercially minded Domestic and Corporate Sales Representative for a leading luxury hospitality group based in Cape Town. This role focuses on driving growth by securing new clients and contracts across the corporate, conferencing, PCO, retail, and domestic markets. The successful candidate will be a confident, relationship-oriented sales professional with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and a proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals. Key Requirements • Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry. • Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred). • Strong operational and technical knowledge of the hospitality sector. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and close deals. • Well-presented, professional, and target-driven. • Valid driver's licence and own transport. Key Responsibilities • Follow up on leads and conduct regular visits to prospective clients. • Identify client needs through questioning, observation, and thorough sales analysis. • Entertain and educate prospective clients to build strong, lasting relationships. • Liaise with operational staff to ensure seamless contract implementation. • Maintain ongoing communication with clients post-contract to ensure satisfaction. • Research prospective clients to ensure a tailored and professional approach. • Monitor competitor activity and market trends. • Prepare realistic, cost-effective proposals for prospective clients. • Identify and action new business opportunities across inbound, wholesale, retail, PCO, and corporate markets. • Grow regional and corporate client databases. • Deliver training and product knowledge sessions to clients. • Attend client functions and networking events. • Prepare and implement creative sales initiatives and action plans for properties.
