Job Requirements: 2–4 years’ experience in a similar Inventory Controller within hospitality Strong understanding of stock control across F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, Retail, and OE Experience with MyStock, MyInventory, or POS systems (TallOrder or similar) Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage GRNs, transfers, wastage, and reconciliations Experience with sales vs consumption reconciliation in high-risk areas Solid understanding of SOP compliance, internal controls, and audit requirements Ability to lead stock counts, investigate variances, and compile month-end reports Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with HODs and Finance Package: Salary: Market-related depending on experience Live-in accommodation provided Start Date: ASAP
