Human Resources Business Partner – Waterberg Area, Limpopo (Hospitality | Luxury Lodge) Introduction A prestigious Luxury Lodge in the Waterberg Area, Limpopo is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support its dynamic, people‑centric hospitality environment. This is an exceptional opportunity for an HR professional with strong lodge or hospitality experience to drive culture, compliance, and strategic HR alignment in a remote, high‑performance setting. The role requires a confident HRBP with excellent communication skills, strong labour law knowledge, and the ability to build trust across all levels of the lodge operation. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources ; Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP ; ideally within hospitality, lodges, or remote operations. Strong understanding of South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EE, OHSA). Experience supporting multi‑disciplinary teams in fast‑paced, people‑focused environments. Exposure to change management ; performance management, and talent development. HR certifications (SABPP, SHRM, etc.) advantageous. High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality. Strong administrative accuracy and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills across staff, management, and suppliers. Ability to work independently and maintain structure in remote lodge environments. Conflict resolution and employee relations expertise. Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR practices with business goals.
