Sales & Marketing Manager – Luxury Wedding & Events Estate – Stellenbosch Our client, a renowned wedding, events, and hospitality estate in Stellenbosch, is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, increase brand visibility, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. This is a high-impact role combining both sales and marketing responsibilities within a thriving hospitality and events environment. Description: Reporting directly to the Operational Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, generating qualified enquiries, and converting leads into confirmed wedding, event, and accommodation bookings. This role requires a commercially minded professional who can confidently manage the full sales journey, from initial enquiry and venue viewings through to contract signing and handover to the events team. In addition, the Sales & Marketing Manager will oversee social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, website content, paid advertising initiatives, and brand consistency across all channels. The position demands a hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing creative marketing with revenue-generating sales activities. The successful candidate will also conduct venue viewings, maintain CRM accuracy, manage sales pipelines, and report on marketing performance and return on investment.
