Requirements: • Proven experience as a Head Chef within a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment • Formal culinary qualification or equivalent professional training • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills • Excellent knowledge of modern cooking techniques and menu development • Strong understanding of stock control, food costing, and kitchen management • Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining exceptional standards • Passion for creating memorable dining experiences • Own transport and valid driver's licence required ? Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all kitchen operations • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation • Design and execute seasonal menus showcasing local and sustainable ingredients • Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the kitchen team • Manage stock control, supplier relationships, and food costings • Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations • Collaborate with management on menu concepts, events, and guest experiences • Drive operational efficiency while encouraging creativity and innovation within the kitchen ?
