Key Responsibilities

Culture & People Leadership

• Help define and embed a strong, positive organisational culture across all divisions.
  
• Build trust with staff at every level, from management to operational teams.
  
• Act as a visible and approachable HR partner across sites.
  

Industrial Relations & Employee Relations

• Manage all aspects of IR and employee relations.
  
• Handle disciplinary processes, grievances and labour matters in a fair and compliant manner.
  
• Ensure labour legislation compliance and maintain strong HR governance.
  

HR Operations

• Establish practical HR policies, procedures and frameworks suited to operational businesses.
  
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and retention.
  
• Provide HR guidance to leadership on workforce planning and organisational structure.
  

Recruitment & Talent Development

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across operational and professional roles.
  
• Build talent pipelines and strengthen employer brand.
  
• Design onboarding processes that integrate employees into the culture quickly.
  

Training & Development

• Identify skills gaps and design training programmes for operational teams.
  
• Coordinate practical training initiatives such as financial literacy programmes and workplace development workshops.
  
• Support leadership development within the business.
  

HR Systems & Reporting

• Implement HR systems and reporting frameworks to support efficient people management.
  
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Relevant HR qualification (Degree or equivalent).
  
• 7+ years HR experience, with significant exposure in operational environments.
  
• Experience within hospitality, manufacturing or similar operational industries highly advantageous.
  
• Strong Industrial Relations experience essential.
  
• Proven experience operating as a true HR Business Partner, working closely with leadership teams.
  
• Demonstrated ability to build HR structures and culture within growing businesses.
  
• Comfortable working across multiple sites.
