?? ??????????? ??????????? is partnering with a leading luxury safari operator with a portfolio of high-end bush properties in Tanzania, to recruit an experienced and extremely hands-on ?????? & ???????????? ???????. ? PLEASE NOTE – This is a Remote opportunity. This role oversees the full reservations cycle across all properties, from approving quotations, itineraries, confirmations, invoices, and pro formas to ensuring bookings are accurately recorded and managed. Responsibilities include maintaining room inventories, rate sheets, cancellation policies, and booking terms, monitoring occupancy and forecast trends, and preparing regular reservations and revenue reports for management, alongside overseeing the reservations system to keep guest information handled accurately and securely. The Manager will build tailored itineraries for direct clients and agents, advise on travel seasons, routes, and multi-property combinations, and coordinate ground handling, transfers, charter flights, and other logistics. This includes ensuring guests receive clear pre-arrival information and travel documentation, liaising closely with camp managers on arrivals, departures, and special requests, and maintaining strong relationships with airlines, transfer companies, hotels, and park authorities. The Manager will also supervise and mentor a team, while staying hands-on in daily operations. Genuine travel planning experience and a strong grasp of the end-to-end guest journey are essential, as the successful candidate will lead the department in delivering accurate, efficient, and consistently high standards of service to guests and agents. Requirements • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior reservations management role. • Previous experience overseeing a portfolio of properties with preference for Tanzania destination exposure. • Genuine travel planning and itinerary design experience, not reservations administration alone • Experience leading a team, combined with an extremely hands on, closely involved working style • Strong knowledge of Tanzania parks and tourism circuits (Ngorongoro, Serengeti, Ruaha, Selous, etc.) advantageous • ResRequest (RR) experience is essential • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English essential; French an advantage) • Strong leadership and people management skills • Exceptional organisational skills and high attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Comfortable working remotely while coordinating closely with head office and camp-based teams • Stable employment history and contactable references • Candidates must be free to travel to the properties when required.
